ICUcare LLC and MTI have joined forces to offer our service disabled veterans free access to our top level personal EHR platform. The My eMHR platform enables people to take control of their medical history and information. It can help facilitate better outcomes by supporting the storage of complete medical histories and personal health data. The Health Information Exchange (HIE) capability of the My eMHR platform allows electronic interchange of medicial information with all CCD (Continuity of Care Document) capable systems. The additional telehealth capabilities of the platform allow patients to get consults from anywhere on the planet or simply keep in contact with service buddies via it's embedded live video teleconferencing capability.
