Pauline C. Brooks, CEO
Founder and owner of Management Technology, Incorporated (MTI), a multi-million, leading Information Technology (IT) Services firm based on Prince George's County, MD, Ms Pauline Brooks is also the President/CEO. In this role, she drives the company's strategic vision and oversees all operations, including revenue growth, and profitability. With more than 35 years in the IT industry, Ms. Brooks has expertise in information systems, networking, software development, facilities management, and other computer operations. Because of Ms. Brooks' exceptional leadership and unrelenting determination, MTI has emerged as a leading, national provider of superior quality, advanced, cost-effective technology solutions and has expanded MTI's offerings to include non-traditional IT services such as certification and accreditation (C&A), and healthcare records management (HIPAA compliance). Throughout the years, MTI has acquired an impressive list of public and private sector customers, alliances and partnerships.
Prior to starting MTI nearly thirty-two (32) years ago, Ms. Brooks held senior management positions with Lloyd's of London City Computer Center ((London, England), the United Nations (New York), and the Federal National Mortgage Association (Washington, D.C.). She also served as Vice President of Operations and Executive Vice President at an automated data processing firm.
Ms. Brooks's academic accomplishments include a bachelor's degree from the George Washington University and specialized computer certifications from Fiche Institute of Data Processing (London, England), Entrex School of Programming (Atlanta, Georgia), U.S. Department of Agriculture Graduate School, and University of Maryland.
